rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ref<\/a>)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pathology:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Originates in the salivary glands, primarily the <strong>parotid gland<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Histologically, contains a mixture of mucus-secreting, squamous, and intermediate cells.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Clinical Features:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Asymptomatic Mass<\/span><\/strong>: Often the first sign, typically in the parotid gland.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Facial Pain or Numbness<\/span><\/strong>: If involving facial nerve.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Swelling or Lump<\/span><\/strong> in the neck or mouth.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Dysphagia or Voice Changes<\/span><\/strong>: If the tumor is large or in certain locations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Diagnosis:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Imaging<\/span><\/strong>: MRI or CT to evaluate the extent and for surgical planning.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Fine-Needle Aspiration (FNA) Biopsy<\/span><\/strong>: To obtain a tissue diagnosis.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Histopathological Examination<\/span><\/strong>: Shows characteristic cell types.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Grading:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Graded as low, intermediate, or high grade based on cellular differentiation and aggressiveness.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Treatment:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Surgical Resection<\/span><\/strong>: Primary treatment for localized disease.<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Radiation Therapy<\/strong>:<\/span> For high-grade tumors or incomplete resection.<\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Chemotherapy<\/strong>:<\/span> Rarely used, more in advanced or metastatic disease.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Prognosis:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Prognosis depends on the <strong>tumor grade<\/strong> and <strong>stage<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Low-grade tumors
