But do not take any of these medications if you are taking nitrates for your heart. So taking testosterone can help you to have normal erections or work in combination with other medicine.<\/li><li><strong>Vacuum device:<\/strong> The plastic tube in this device creates low pressure erection and helps to maintain the erection which is enough for sex.<\/li><li><strong>Injection or suppository:<\/strong> This method is for immediate erection. You can inject a medicine into the side of the penis with a small needle or place a tiny pill in the urethra.<\/li><li><strong>Implant:<\/strong> Penile implant are place inside the penis.
