When will I receive the physical book?
Pre-booked copies will start shipping 7 days after booking, and delivery will take an additional 7–8 business days after dispatch.

How do I access the question bank?
After completing your purchase, please download the Medinaz App from the App Store or Google Play Store and register using your email ID. Then, email your registered email ID along with a copy of your purchase receipt to support@medinaz.com. Question bank access will be activated within 24 hours.

Is the content updated for the latest NEET MDS pattern?
Yes, all content is aligned with the latest NEET MDS exam pattern.

Can I access this on mobile?
Yes, the question bank can be accessed on mobile phones and iPads. Please note that access via laptop or desktop is not currently supported.
