- Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever: Caused by Rickettsia rickettsii.
- Lassa Fever: Caused by the Lassa virus.
- Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever: Caused by the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus, a tick-borne virus in the Bunyaviridae family
- Yellow Fever: Caused by the Yellow fever virus.

- Scarlet Fever: Caused by Streptococcus pyogenes.
- Rift Valley Fever: Caused by the Rift Valley fever virus.
